Aggies remain unbeaten

ARAB — T.J. Pams posted a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds and T.J. Vines scored 14 points, propelling Albertville to a 57-54 triumph over Arab Tuesday night.

The unbeaten Aggies improved to 3-0.

Albertville trailed 11-10, 24-23 and 43-39 at the quarter breaks, but it outscored the Knights 18-11 in the fourth period to rally for the decision.

The Aggies have erased deficits in all three of their victories.

Both Drew Epperson and Dareon Thompson scored eight, Donte Spurgeon five, Michael Reeves two and Joel Armstrong one for Albertville.

The Aggies sank 15 of 32 two-point field goals, six of 13 3-pointers and nine of 11 free throws. They committed only seven turnovers.

Arab’s Jared Myers scored a game-high 28 points.
